Our VPS packages are all considered "self-managed", so you are responsible for the management of the virtual server. That being said our support team are more than happy to offer assistance where necessary, just open a support ticket via the support panel.
More in depth support may be chargeable, however we'll ask you to agree to the costs before continuing. Noone likes surprise invoices.
We are able to take payments via PayPal and credit/debit card using Stripe.
Yes. The only store the last 4 digits of your card. All other information is stored securely on Stripes servers.

We host solely out of a datacenter located in Manchester. The datacenter, iomart Manchester, operates all infrastructure at N+1 or higher, and is connected to iomarts 20Gbit national fibre ring.

We don't have a "try before you buy" policy, however we do operate a looking glass which will allow you to test our network. This should give you an indication of whether our network is suitable for your needs.

The VPS gets provisioned as soon as we receive payment, the provisioning typically takes about 5 minutes to complete.
